Provide front-desk reception and customer service, answer and route multi-line calls, process payments, manage appointments and support the sales team, perform data entry, filing, inventory management, light lifting, and general administrative tasks to maintain a professional office.

Provide compassionate, part-time assistance coordinating funeral and memorial services: conduct and direct services, assist families with viewings, set up facilities, transport decedents to offsite services, handle cremated remains, maintain the funeral home, and perform administrative duties. Work irregular hours; full training provided.
