Supports funeral and memorial services by coordinating with families, clergy, and staff; preparing chapel and reception areas; assisting with viewings; directing services; transporting loved ones; transferring cremated remains; maintaining facilities; and completing administrative records. Requires compassion, professionalism, communication, organizational skills, schedule flexibility, a clean driving abstract, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full training is provided.

Provide front-desk reception and customer service, answer and route multi-line calls, process payments, manage appointments and support the sales team, perform data entry, filing, inventory management, light lifting, and general administrative tasks to maintain a professional office.
