Manage and grow substrate sales within assigned B-level converter accounts by building relationships, developing annual account plans, coordinating with customer and internal teams, resolving technical issues, documenting account activity, and supporting production and market development to increase ISG material usage.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for a custom, make-to-order plant. Plan and direct production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets; develop and coach production teams; enforce safety and quality standards; manage budgets, inventory, and equipment maintenance; troubleshoot production issues and collaborate cross-functionally; and drive lean process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
