Lead and develop a Commercial sales team focused on driving revenue and building pipelines for small business customers, while collaborating across departments.

Manage and grow cybersecurity resale and MSSP partner relationships across Japan and the APJ region. Recruit, onboard, enable, and develop channel partners; execute regional sales strategies; generate and convert partner-led opportunities; manage pipelines and deal registrations; coordinate with account executives and cross-functional teams; oversee partner marketing funds and events; engage partner executives; monitor competitors; and report sales progress. The role is fully remote and requires travel up to 50%.

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for distributed employees across macOS and Windows endpoints, identity and access platforms, collaboration tools, and office technology. Own complex incidents through root-cause resolution, manage endpoint configurations and compliance, improve ITSM workflows and documentation, support onboarding and device lifecycles, and collaborate with Security and IT Engineering. The role also includes mentoring junior analysts and occasional travel to company offices for deployments and events.
