The Robotics and Controls Engineer will develop control algorithms for a surgical robotic system, focusing on accuracy, safety, and collision avoidance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Manage purchasing, receiving, warehousing, kitting, work orders, assembly, test, and production planning for surgical robotic medical devices. Lead and recruit technicians, collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers, optimize material flow and space layouts, maintain inventory and MRB control, implement lean manufacturing improvements, and support facilities and tactical manufacturing plans. On-site role in Santa Monica/Malibu.
