Supervise integrated digital and video media investment across strategy, planning, negotiation, buying, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization. Lead junior team members, manage client and vendor relationships, develop media plans, oversee budgets and deliverables, review performance insights, and ensure campaigns meet client KPIs. Provide mentorship, training, quality control, and client-facing recommendations across video, display, mobile, social, programmatic, national, local, and OTT channels.

Supports media planning, account management, budget tracking, performance-data analysis, competitive research, billing coordination, client communications, and deliverable management. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and comfort working with large datasets in a fast-paced advertising and media environment.

Supervise media strategy and business solutions teams, translating client goals into integrated media recommendations. Oversee campaign reporting, attribution analysis, optimization, client presentations, account relationships, and cross-functional execution. Manage junior staff through coaching, goal setting, hiring, professional development, and performance management. Lead research initiatives and ensure accurate, timely deliverables across media channels.
