Develops Appian solutions from user requirements, completes basic and complex development assignments, and delivers working code through Agile and SDLC processes. Collaborates independently and within small teams, presents to product owners and stakeholders, maps database changes to Appian CDTs, and follows project methodologies, deployment cycles, and client protocols. The role supports Foreign Military Sales and offers mentorship toward senior technical and architectural responsibilities.

Manages large, complex task orders under the Program Manager, coordinates with Contracting Officer, task order managers, and government stakeholders, and ensures technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.

Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts and subcontracts, including solicitation review, negotiation, modifications, FAR/DFARS compliance, subcontract administration, funding and invoicing coordination, milestone tracking, audits, and providing contractual guidance to capture, program, finance, and leadership teams.
