Own the commercial vision, category strategy, and growth of Horizon Hobby’s technology portfolio, including Spektrum products. Lead ecosystem adoption, customer experience, category performance, product roadmap influence, market opportunity evaluation, and cross-functional execution. Develop strategies that make technology more accessible to new hobbyists, improve customer retention and lifetime value, and drive revenue, profitability, and market share.

Design, build, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and related Oracle Cloud services. Develop APIs, VBCS apps, process automations, adapters, error-handling, performance optimizations, and documentation; collaborate with functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Designs and develops RF systems, antennas, schematics, and PCB layouts for radio-control products. Contributes to embedded software, firmware, RF testing, field validation, troubleshooting, and FCC compliance. Collaborates with mechanical, product development, and quality teams to create lightweight, reliable electronics. This hands-on role suits an early-career electrical engineer with experience in Altium or equivalent PCB design tools, RF principles, test equipment, and programming.
