Monitor competitors, maintain the product portfolio, support manufacturing information and capacity planning, document development progress, and provide training for sales and service teams. The role requires model railroading expertise, product development knowledge, electronics troubleshooting, strong communication, computer proficiency, and occasional domestic or overseas travel.

Lead development and execution of a national community, competition, and experiential marketing strategy for RC enthusiasts. Build scalable local-to-national programs, signature events, loyalty and ambassador initiatives, and strategic partnerships to grow participation, customer lifetime value, and brand recognition.
