Partner with hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, maintain ATS records, provide market intelligence, and build specialist talent pipelines. Requires pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device recruitment experience and familiarity with regulated technical disciplines.

Recruit engineering and technical professionals across pharmaceutical, biomedical, and medical device industries. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, onboarding, ATS administration, reporting, and market intelligence. Partner with Ireland- and US-based hiring managers, build specialist talent pipelines, and recruit for regulated-industry disciplines such as automation, controls, process, manufacturing, validation, CSV, CQV, commissioning, and project engineering.

Coordinate site-level MES implementation and post-go-live support. Serve as primary liaison among site users, Global MES, IT, vendors, and offshore teams. Manage MES lifecycle activities, track actions/risks, support testing, training, compliance/CSV inputs, documentation, L2/L3 support, and continuous improvement to keep MES aligned with site operations.
