Teams at Horizon Behavioral Health

Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Horizon Behavioral Health. Source, interview, assess, and secure qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership. Build talent pipelines, analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, support workforce development, attend career fairs, and provide recruitment support across Horizon locations. The role requires strong communication, presentation, interviewing, organizational, and social-media recruiting skills, with occasional travel to work sites and meetings.

Provides hands-on desktop and computer support by receiving, prioritizing, documenting, diagnosing, and resolving end-user help requests. Maintains proper computer operations, supports Windows and Microsoft Office applications, delivers customer service, and assists users across organizational sites. The role may provide administrative support, attend trainings and meetings, work modified schedules, and travel between Horizon locations as operational needs require.

Provide assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver individual/group/family counseling, conduct risk and clinical interviews, educate on community resources, and participate in trainings. May transport clients and travel between Horizon worksites; must complete behavioral intervention and de-escalation training.
