Leads all operations at a liquid manufacturing plant, overseeing safety, environmental compliance, quality, production, costs, maintenance, reliability, inventory, capital projects, and workforce development. The Plant Manager manages up to 15 employees, drives schedule attainment, OEE, yield, COGS, continuous improvement, and risk reduction, while developing operating plans and long-term plant strategy. The role requires hands-on leadership in liquid blending, mixing, filling, packaging, and shipment operations.

Owns relationships with clients and distributors, leads technical and grower training, supports Sales, and translates agronomic information into market positioning. Develops international go-to-market strategies, gathers market feedback, supports portfolio prioritization and product positioning, analyzes competitive products, and provides technical expertise on humic substances and biostimulants. The role includes presentations, customer education, field demonstrations, collaboration with R&D, and frequent travel aligned with commercial priorities.
