Manages HR strategy and operations, including culture and engagement, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and benefits. Partners with leadership on organizational objectives, succession planning, training, recruiting, conflict resolution, investigations, and policy administration. Requires extensive generalist HR and onsite management experience, HRIS proficiency, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Administer and review routine commercial contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Manage contract intake, workflows, approvals, execution, repositories, electronic signatures, obligations, renewals, and reporting within the CLM system. Maintain templates, clause libraries, and playbooks; identify non-standard terms and escalate risks. Partner with procurement, sales, operations, and legal stakeholders, support compliance audits, improve processes, and train business users on contract procedures and CLM functionality.

Supports month-end general ledger close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, tax filings, audits, and financial system controls. The role also contributes to process improvements, accounting projects, and post-merger integration activities.
