Leads Supplemental and Group insurance priorities from strategy through execution. Manages complex cross-functional initiatives, establishes plans, milestones, ownership, and success measures, and develops recommendations for leadership. Partners across product, distribution, marketing, operations, technology, legal, compliance, finance, and customer experience. Leads and develops a small team, supports commercialization and business readiness, removes execution barriers, manages risks and dependencies, and improves processes and ways of working.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business areas, advising hiring managers, developing sourcing and selection strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting offers and background checks, and ensuring compliant, inclusive hiring practices. The role also promotes the employer brand through job postings, social media content, career fairs, and recruiting events while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Conducts quality audits across insurance operations, including customer service, new business, underwriting, and policy services. Reviews work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; documents findings; identifies trends, root causes, and process gaps; provides feedback to leaders; and supports corrective actions, audit program development, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
