The Application Systems Analyst Programmer will manage application support, facilitate enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure user-friendly solutions are implemented.

Lead and develop the Agency Systems team supporting agent-facing applications (E-App, OAS, NTAREP). Oversee system administration, troubleshooting, IT partnership, testing and adoption, training creation and delivery, reporting/analytics, and continuous process improvements to enhance agent experience and system utilization.

Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements, perform gap and issue analysis, design business/system processes, and manage small-to-mid sized projects to ensure solutions meet standards and strategic objectives.
