Build complex models and reports, perform detailed analyses, govern metrics, evaluate build/buy/partner decisions, and identify generative AI opportunities while advising executive leadership and monitoring regulatory and funding changes.

Lead product strategy and execution for healthcare-focused solutions: own roadmap and success metrics, run user and stakeholder research, prioritize based on data and value, partner with engineering to deliver scalable solutions, communicate with stakeholders including executives, and coach product managers to improve product craft and outcomes.

The Welcome Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, managing communications, scheduling, and front office operations to ensure a warm and patient-centered experience.
