Coordinates employee lifecycle processes from pre-employment through offboarding, including background checks, onboarding, records, communications, compliance tracking, engagement initiatives, and HR documentation. Also manages daily Chicago office operations, including supplies, vendors, visitors, access, events, and facilities logistics. Partners with People Operations, Finance, IT, and other teams while improving processes and maintaining a welcoming workplace.

Administer and improve core IT systems across corporate and clinical environments, including hardware, software, endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, SaaS, networks, and identity access. The role handles complex technical escalations, security and compliance configuration, automation, disaster recovery, documentation, ticket-data quality, and service improvement. It requires independent project ownership, data-informed prioritization, strong communication, and 2+ years of IT or systems administration experience.

Serves as the clinic’s initial patient contact by greeting and checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, collecting copays, scheduling appointments, updating electronic health records, assisting with forms, coordinating transportation, processing medical records, and managing phone and electronic communications. Supports a warm, accessible, patient-centered clinic experience while assisting front-office operations across Western North Carolina clinics.
