Provides accounting support for a healthcare organization, primarily managing accounts payable, vendor onboarding, expense reviews, cash entries, bank reconciliations, payroll and 401(k) journal entries, revenue recognition, month-end close, financial statements, tax forms, and audit documentation. Uses NetSuite, Paylocity Finance, Excel, and related analytics tools while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Recruit physician, advanced practice provider, and medical director candidates through full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer processes. Consult with hiring managers on talent planning, sourcing, staffing forecasts, and recruiting strategy. Manage applicant tracking system compliance, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, employer branding, events, vendors, and onboarding coordination with internal stakeholders.

Administer and improve core IT systems across corporate and clinical environments, including hardware, software, endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, SaaS, networks, and identity access. The role handles complex technical escalations, security and compliance configuration, automation, disaster recovery, documentation, ticket-data quality, and service improvement. It requires independent project ownership, data-informed prioritization, strong communication, and 2+ years of IT or systems administration experience.
