Processes invoices, expense reports, ACH payments, checks, vendor W-9s, and corporate credit card expenses. Reviews invoice accuracy, prepares accounts payable proposals and reports, monitors AP communications, resolves payment issues, processes patient-specific invoices, and supports AP projects and procedure improvements. The role is primarily remote with one weekly office visit and requires strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, accounts payable systems experience, and 1–2 years of accounting experience.
