HopeHealth is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients across five predominantly rural counties: Florence, Clarendon, Williamsburg, Aiken, and Orangeburg. Founded in 1991 as a grassroots HIV/AIDS support organization, it expanded into primary and pediatric care. Today, it provides integrated primary, preventive, dental, chiropractic, pharmacy, specialty, behavioral-health, substance-use, and women’s health services, while serving underserved populations throughout its service area.
