Teams at Hope the Mission

Provide hands-on IT operations and technical support across multi-site Mac and PC environments: server administration, network troubleshooting, access control and physical security management, device lifecycle and inventory, vendor coordination, IT project support, and rapid escalation of time-sensitive issues. Regular travel across sites and flexible hours required.

Provide administrative support to Food Services including communications, scheduling, records and data entry, HR and finance coordination, donation and invoice tracking, event logistics, travel arrangements, office maintenance, and general clerical tasks. Ensure confidentiality, compliance with screenings, and support a fast-paced environment serving people experiencing homelessness.

Support daily operations of an interim housing program by supervising staff, ensuring compliance and safety, maintaining participant records, coordinating referrals and community partnerships, assisting with training, and covering for the Program Manager when needed.
