Teams at Hopae

Design, build, and maintain Hopae Connect backend systems and high-availability infrastructure. Integrate with national eID systems and external identity services, develop scalable APIs, ensure stability for growth, and collaborate on code quality and reviews.

Lead Hopae's research on government eID systems and hardware-based in-person ID, set the research roadmap, grow and mentor a research team, translate findings into product and partnerships, monitor global identity standards and regulations, represent Hopae in industry forums, and commercialize research with Business Development.

Own full accounting cycle for a multi-entity, multi-currency startup: month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements. Manage AP/AR, payroll coordination, cash flow, banking and treasury. Coordinate external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors across jurisdictions. Build financial controls, policies, and ERP/billing/expense tooling to scale operations and ensure audit-ready financials.
