Own full-cycle enterprise sales across the Americas, from prospecting and technical discovery through negotiation and close. Sell identity verification solutions to IDV providers, eSignature platforms, regulated industries, and channel partners. Build pipeline with BDRs and Marketing, manage reseller relationships, scope API integrations with Engineering and Product, maintain accurate HubSpot forecasts, and provide market feedback. The role requires complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales experience across the US and Latin America.

Build and scale Hopae’s digital identity verification platform across backend systems, integrations, infrastructure, tooling, and frontend as needed. Responsibilities include API architecture, distributed and asynchronous processing, identity-provider adapters, testing, observability, production reliability, root-cause investigation, technical project leadership, mentoring, and engineering hiring. The role is based in Seoul within a global, English-first team.

Build and scale Hopae’s digital identity verification platform across backend services, integrations, infrastructure, tooling, and frontend components. Develop API architecture, asynchronous processing, event delivery, identity-provider adapters, normalization layers, monitoring, testing infrastructure, and production systems. Own quality and reliability through testing, observability, failure investigation, and operational support. Collaborate directly with product teams, partners, and customers in a fast-moving, global environment.
