Manages a high volume of customer accounts, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities. Maintains customer relationships, provides product guidance, forecasts sales activity, monitors account health, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer value and meet revenue targets in a scaled, digital-first model.

Owns the end-to-end revenue recognition function under IFRS 15 and ASC 606, leading policies, monthly close, deferred revenue and commissions schedules, disclosures, forecasting, internal controls, process improvements, and audit coordination. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, FP&A, and senior leaders while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and training stakeholders on technical accounting practices.
