Provides ongoing technical consulting, optimization, and product adoption guidance to enterprise customers using Hootsuite and Talkwalker. Supports presales, integrations, APIs, account growth, renewal, project planning, consumption reporting, and customer advocacy. Partners with Professional Services and account teams to solve complex business and technical problems, improve service offerings, and drive customer value and revenue.

Research priority global strategic accounts, identify buying groups and timely commercial signals, and execute personalized outbound engagement through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Create account intelligence assets, maintain Salesforce and Gong Engage data, and partner with strategic account executives to prioritize accounts and generate enterprise pipeline.

Owns the end-to-end revenue recognition function under IFRS 15 and ASC 606, leading policies, monthly close, deferred revenue and commissions schedules, disclosures, forecasting, internal controls, process improvements, and audit coordination. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, FP&A, and senior leaders while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and training stakeholders on technical accounting practices.
