Build and maintain platform services, tools, and infrastructure to enable product teams. Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems, automate processes with infrastructure-as-code, participate in on-call rotation, mentor teammates, and modernize the platform using technologies like Kafka and AWS.

Develop, maintain, and operate backend tools, libraries, automation, and services. Design and evolve the infrastructure platform, evaluate new technologies, reduce toil, support developer experience, run on-call rotations, diagnose distributed systems, perform maintenance and migrations, and produce documentation and demos.
