The AI Social Strategist will enhance Hootsuite's social channels through AI systems, develop programs for engagement, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies, focusing on automation and continuous improvement.

Design, build and operate backend services and an infrastructure platform. Support developer experience, maintain production environments, diagnose and repair distributed systems, perform maintenance and migrations, reduce toil and alert noise, provide tooling and interfaces for teams, participate in on-call rotation, and document work.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new enterprise customers, build and execute territory and outbound strategies, manage complex evaluations and negotiations, present to C-suite, handle RFP/RFI and security/privacy reviews, coordinate with pre/post-sales teams, and track activities in Salesforce, Sales Navigator and 6Sense to meet quota.
