Research priority global strategic accounts, identify buying groups and timely commercial signals, and execute personalized outbound engagement through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Create account intelligence assets, maintain Salesforce and Gong Engage data, and partner with strategic account executives to prioritize accounts and generate enterprise pipeline.

Owns the end-to-end revenue recognition function under IFRS 15 and ASC 606, leading policies, monthly close, deferred revenue and commissions schedules, disclosures, forecasting, internal controls, process improvements, and audit coordination. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, FP&A, and senior leaders while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and training stakeholders on technical accounting practices.

Manage high-value enterprise customer relationships for Hootsuite, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, advocacy, and business outcomes. Lead account planning, success reviews, value workshops, health monitoring, and social strategy guidance. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities, advocate for product improvements, and meet customer success targets. The role requires significant customer-facing or account management experience, SaaS knowledge, social media expertise, strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, influence, and fluency in French and English.
