— To help offset the immense stress that can be caused by some major life events, our benefits package for Canadian employees offers coverage for fertility treatments and gender affirmation surgeries. As well, our package offers coverage for family planning and fertility treatment in the US.
— We believe that employees should have the autonomy to define what ‘workplace’ means to them and to choose the working environment that best suits their needs. Employees can choose to work full-time in-office, remote, or in a hybrid approach.
— We introduced a company-wide Wellness Week that took place in both 2021 and 2022, where Hootsuite’s employees log off for a week without interruption, with full pay.
