Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, permits, submittals, reports, payroll entries, project documentation, plans, and vendor records. The role requires administrative coordination, accurate recordkeeping, professional communication, and proficiency with Excel and Word in a fast-paced construction environment.

Manage purchasing, inventory tracking, and logistics for tools used by the Electric Power Division. Maintain accurate tool records and in-house stock, coordinate transportation to and from jobsites, monitor field tool needs, and work with project managers, field leadership, and suppliers to obtain tools cost-effectively. The role works in an office/shop environment and requires periodic travel to jobsites.

Leads Hooper’s corporate safety program across locations and business units. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, safety strategy execution, team leadership, audits, incident investigations, corrective action tracking, safety metrics, site oversight, and promoting a strong safety culture. The role advises leadership on safety decisions, monitors regulatory changes, directs site safety representatives, and conducts client and on-site visits in varied weather conditions.
