As a Recruitment Contractor, you'll deliver full recruitment services in the insurance sector, focusing on client acquisition and candidate placement while enjoying autonomy and mentorship.

Manage a large portfolio of SME insurance clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, and property. Responsibilities include client retention, new business generation, renewals, endorsements, insurer communications, premium calculations, reporting, and delivering risk transfer solutions. The role requires strong general insurance knowledge, excellent communication, ownership, collaboration, and compliance with financial services broking requirements.

Handles commercial transactions and litigation matters, including business acquisitions, sales, leasing, corporate issues, and commercial, property, and estate disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, legal advice, agreements, and correspondence; managing client relationships; and taking increasing autonomy over matters. The role requires NSW solicitor admission, a current practising certificate, strong technical and drafting skills, commercial judgment, attention to detail, and 3–5 years of post-admission experience.
