Leads and performs homecare scheduling operations, supervises scheduling staff, fills open shifts, resolves call-offs and conflicts, and matches caregivers to client needs. Monitors workforce utilization, overtime, service gaps, and scheduling metrics while maintaining accurate records. Handles urgent staffing issues, communicates schedule changes, supports payroll and billing accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, payer requirements, and care plans. The role is in-office in Honolulu, Monday through Friday, with after-hours and weekend on-call availability.
