Lead development of Hooks Android app from 0->1: design architecture, build native, performant media-rich features, integrate backend APIs, ensure UX quality, set Android best practices, and monitor performance and stability.

Lead design for Hook's Studio creation experience across mobile and web. Design end-to-end creation workflows, prototype and iterate, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and maintain consistency via design systems while supporting partner-facing tools and adjacent product areas.

Own the creator lifecycle: acquire, onboard, retain, monetize, and convert creators into distribution channels. Build scalable acquisition pipelines, retention and monetization programs, virality features, and creator education. Define KPIs, partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Operations, and Marketing, and hire and lead a lean Creator & Community team to integrate creator feedback into product and growth strategy.

Lead Hook's brand strategy, voice, and external presence, ensuring consistency across product, marketing, partnerships, and content. Define positioning, drive high-impact campaigns and cultural moments, own PR and storytelling, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate brand direction into hands-on execution. Partner with founder and leadership to unify brand expression and shape partnerships that reinforce cultural relevance.
