Responsibilities include engineering design, equipment specifications, budgeting, scheduling, vendor and contractor coordination, process improvement, installation and startup support, root cause analysis, maintenance initiatives, safety compliance, and project documentation. The role collaborates with operations, maintenance, production, and safety teams to improve productivity, quality, throughput, cost efficiency, and equipment reliability.
