Leads the HRBP function and a small HRBP team, partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, manager capability, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and scalable people solutions. Uses workforce analytics and HR technology to identify trends, mitigate risk, improve retention, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Builds repeatable HR processes, supports hiring quality, and develops the HRBP practice as a strategic center of excellence.

Own end-to-end product and service design for digital care experiences serving older adults, families, Care Professionals, and operators. Partner with business and engineering teams to define problems, research users, prototype with AI tools, validate concepts, and ship measurable solutions. Apply systems thinking, quantitative data, and user insights to navigate complex constraints. Contribute to design systems, critique, strategy, and team practices while maintaining quality through launch and iteration.

Leads safety strategy for a distributed in-home care workforce, reducing injuries, workers’ compensation costs, and risk. Owns safety programs, incident investigations, claims management, vendor relationships, compliance, metrics, budgeting, and executive reporting. Partners with Product and Engineering to develop technology-enabled safety tools and automation, while influencing franchise operators and cross-functional teams. Builds and manages a remote team and scales systemic programs across markets and service lines.
