Lead the integration and transformation of newly acquired home care businesses into high-performing Honor operations. Assess business health, develop transition plans, guide organizational change, implement operating processes and systems, stabilize revenue and performance, coach local leaders, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Own referral demand generation across a Fort Worth territory by building and growing relationships with healthcare and community referral partners. Execute consultative sales, prospecting, follow-ups, referral activation, CRM tracking, and long-term account management. Collaborate with intake and care teams to improve referral conversion, support consultations and care starts, and reactivate dormant relationships. The role is field-based, requiring approximately 75% travel and occasional after-hours support.

Leads and grows a Home Instead market, owning P&L, growth strategy, referral development, sales conversion, daily care operations, team performance, client and Care Professional retention, and service quality. This field-based leader manages a multidisciplinary frontline team, uses market and operational data to diagnose problems, builds repeatable playbooks, and develops healthcare and community partnerships. The role requires hands-on execution, people leadership, business development, and significant time in the field.
