Lead market growth and P&L for an owned homecare territory by driving field sales, building referral networks, managing day-to-day operations and staffing, ensuring regulatory compliance (AHCA), and developing the local team while refining playbooks and operational metrics.

Lead and evolve the HRBP function as a strategic partner: manage a small HRBP team, drive organizational design, improve manager capability, resolve employee relations and multi-state compliance, build scalable HR solutions using data and technology, and partner with leaders and TA to improve hiring and workforce outcomes.

Lead a data science team to build and deploy production ML and decision systems for matching, scheduling, forecasting, and operational prioritization. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define problems, deploy AI-enabled workflows, establish evaluation and monitoring standards, and coach a high-performing team while remaining hands-on on critical projects.
