Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and Product/Engineering to evaluate HONK's platform, lead discovery and demos, design enterprise solutions, manage integrations and security reviews, support RFPs and documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding and operations.

Architect, build, and scale full-stack applications and high-throughput backend services. Develop React/TypeScript frontends and Ruby on Rails/Java backends, design APIs and real-time microservices (dispatch/logistics focus), introduce automated testing and CI/CD, improve scalability and observability, support AI initiatives, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and UX teams.

The FP&A Manager will drive financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and provide strategic support to senior management, including capital expenditure analysis and reporting.
