Drive product strategy, pricing, digitisation, portfolio management, P&L growth, stakeholder engagement, risk/compliance alignment, system implementations, sales enablement and training to increase adoption and maintain portfolio quality.

Provide tailored financial advice through discovery sessions, grow assets under management by acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients, generate fee-based revenue through wealth products, monitor market and regulatory changes, and ensure strict compliance with bank policies and industry regulations.

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and variance analysis for Board and Management Committee. Track profitability, margins and customer-driven balance sheet impacts. Perform competitor benchmarking, maintain competitor data repositories, deliver rapid-response analysis after earnings, support ad-hoc CFO requests, and help integrate generative AI and modern visualization tools to automate reporting and enhance data storytelling.
