Perform UAT for a business and corporate banking loan origination system. Coordinate workflow testing with credit teams, prepare test scripts, document test results and evidence, update system SOPs, and create system newsletters and announcements. The role requires a background in business administration, business analysis, or test engineering, preferably with loan origination system experience and the ability to create polished PDF materials.

Plans, coordinates, and executes IT disaster recovery testing and business continuity exercises. Reviews and enhances disaster recovery plans, identifies process weaknesses, recommends improvements, and coordinates technical teams. Ensures regulatory and IT standards compliance, prepares post-test and management reports, and supports risk and control self-assessments and related IT risk activities.

Manage financial crime compliance controls across banking operations, supporting AML/CFT/CPF/TFS policies, regulatory monitoring, risk assessments, BNM audits, and Financial Crime Working Group activities. The role identifies control gaps, coordinates documentation and responses, maintains risk profiling methodologies, and drives compliance initiatives across business units. Candidates need banking compliance management experience, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, risk assessment expertise, and strong workflow and stakeholder management skills.
