Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for wealth management and brokerage applications, including incident resolution, monitoring, batch processing, releases, testing, and systems enhancements. Acts as a liaison between business users, engineering teams, and vendors; defines requirements, recommends technical solutions, and maintains application controls, documentation, and procedures. Requires knowledge of wealth management workflows, financial regulations, databases, Unix and Windows environments, Java frameworks, scripting, ITSM tools, and AI-enabled conversational systems.

Supports investor relations, financial analysis, management presentations, market research, M&A activities, and governance of bond and capital securities. The intern compares bank performance against peers, assists with investor meetings and results briefings, and contributes to corporate finance reporting and research.

Provides frontline branch customer service, processes banking transactions, handles cash balancing, performs operational risk checks, and sells or cross-sells banking products including deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, and financing. The role also supports customer outreach, reporting, compliance, training, branch housekeeping, and other assigned duties.
