Supports the Regional Manager Operations by identifying operational non-compliance, control gaps, and procedural defects across branches. Conducts branch control self-assessments, evaluates operational risk, recommends corrective actions, and supports compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Provides relief support for operational roles, coordinates training and regional events, compiles reports, analyzes data, and collaborates with branch and head-office stakeholders on deposit growth, cross-selling, and service-quality initiatives.

Acquire and manage high-net-worth client relationships, assess financial needs, provide investment and wealth-planning advice, develop tailored portfolios, monitor performance, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure compliance with AML, KYC, regulatory, and internal risk requirements. Collaborate with investment, financial planning, and credit specialists to deliver integrated private banking solutions and support business growth.

Leads balance sheet risk management across liquidity risk, IRRBB, ICAAP, stress testing, and climate change risk. Develops risk frameworks, monitors exposures and regulatory limits, oversees reporting, prepares ICAAP submissions, and presents stress-test and climate-risk findings to senior management and the Board. Partners with business stakeholders to integrate risk appetite and methodologies into strategic planning while managing and developing the risk team.
