Teams at Hong Kong Trade Development Council

Supports marketing managers with trade fairs, business events, promotional campaigns, exhibitor and buyer recruitment, partner communications, social media, databases, reporting, vendor payments, and office administration for HKTDC’s Milan Office.

Leads the global Training and Development team, designing learning frameworks, curricula, and employee engagement initiatives. Identifies capability gaps, implements digital learning methodologies, evaluates development programs, advises HR leadership on learning trends, and manages related projects. The role requires extensive learning and development experience, managerial leadership, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Monitors exhibitor and contractor submissions, compliance, site-work deposits, booth decoration, and access-pass issuance. Performs EBMS data entry, consolidates operational requirements, and supports on-site exhibition operations while ensuring adherence to rules and procedures. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving, and flexibility to work extended hours and public holidays.
