Assists with planning and executing local and overseas entertainment-industry trade events, coordinating venues, booth construction, floor plans, procurement, logistics, crowd control, budgets, communications, and on-site duties. Supports business development initiatives, handles enquiries, maintains stakeholder relationships, and performs administrative tasks. The role requires exhibition or event management experience, strong communication in English and Chinese, Putonghua fluency, proficiency with Microsoft applications, and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure.

Supports trade promotion and exhibition projects through planning, coordination, logistics, participant recruitment, marketing research, proposal development, stakeholder communication, sales lead follow-up, database maintenance, and on-site or online event operations.

Supports FILMART exhibitor recruitment, event registration, exhibitor data, logistics, badge distribution, onsite registration, post-event administration, promotional materials, and media coordination. The role assists project managers with event execution, vendor and agency coordination, enquiries, and deadline management. It requires strong organization, communication, English and Chinese fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays.
