Provide project and administrative support for exhibitions, conferences and business missions: execute promotion and publicity plans, recruit and liaise with participating companies, handle enquiries, compile databases and reports, provide onsite event support (local/mainland/overseas) and ensure smooth, timely event operations.

Support economists by managing survey data, performing calculations and tabulations, drafting simple reports, aiding forecasting model execution, maintaining databases, calculating indexes, and collecting macroeconomic and trade data for market analysis and forecasts.

Administer and maintain HRIS and related HR applications, provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting, prepare HR reports and dashboards, coordinate testing and UAT for enhancements, support HR digitalisation and process improvements, manage employee data and audits, develop training materials, liaise with IT and vendors, and assist on HR operations and projects.
