Supports Workday HCM and Recruiting enhancements, HR system testing, process improvements, implementations, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, data, and vendors to gather requirements, improve employee and recruiter experiences, protect sensitive data, maintain governance, and manage risks and dependencies.

Develop, maintain, and support Java-based post-trade derivatives clearing systems across the SDLC. Duties include requirement analysis, design, coding, automated testing, integration and UAT support, production incident resolution, performance tuning, documentation, deployment, and on-call/shift support.

Lead architecture and delivery of post-trade clearing, settlement and collateral systems. Manage developer teams, drive technical excellence across SDLC, ensure resilient high-throughput platforms, handle production support, incident management, and stakeholder coordination.
