Lead the software development in Application Engineering, responsible for system analysis, architecture design, project deliverables, and production support, while ensuring compliance and technical excellence.

Support identification, evaluation, implementation, and optimization of emerging technologies. Assist system evaluation, testing, configuration, rollout, and process automation. Coordinate stakeholders and vendors, track project milestones, and document requirements and system functionality.
