The Manager for Inter-Office Trading will provide operational support within the IOT team, ensuring compliance with trading rules, managing issues, and improving processes.

Support development and business growth of HKEX's Core Climate and ESG products. Advise on operational, legal and regulatory issues, review contracts, implement corporate responsibility initiatives, oversee sustainability governance, stakeholder collaboration, project monitoring, budgeting, impact assessment and reporting.

Analyze business requirements for derivatives clearing post-trade systems, produce detailed functional specifications, act as liaison between business and development teams, design and execute QA test plans, develop automated testing scripts and simulation tools, and provide BAU support including occasional night shifts and on-call rotation.
