Support identification, evaluation, implementation, and optimization of emerging technologies. Assist system evaluation, testing, configuration, rollout, and process automation. Coordinate stakeholders and vendors, track project milestones, and document requirements and system functionality.

Lead Workday and people analytics implementation and support; design data-driven HR processes and dashboards for performance, succession, career development and learning; build dashboards and predictive people insights; liaise between HR, IT and Data Office to meet business needs; ensure data integrity, security, controls and compliance across HR systems and analytics platforms.
