Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of ETFs, including creation and redemption processing, payments, reconciliations, launches, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with stakeholders, validate agreements, deliver training, document procedures, manage testing and user acceptance, and improve workflows with technology teams and vendors. Identify risks, investigate exceptions, escalate issues, and contribute to process-enhancement initiatives.

Supports Workday HCM and Recruiting enhancements, HR system testing, process improvements, implementations, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, data, and vendors to gather requirements, improve employee and recruiter experiences, protect sensitive data, maintain governance, and manage risks and dependencies.

Develop, maintain, and support Java-based post-trade derivatives clearing systems across the SDLC. Duties include requirement analysis, design, coding, automated testing, integration and UAT support, production incident resolution, performance tuning, documentation, deployment, and on-call/shift support.
