Lead strategic analyses and benchmarking of institutional performance, synthesize quantitative and qualitative evidence into actionable insights and reports for senior management, cultivate international partnerships and data relationships, coordinate conferences and cross-unit projects, and manage assigned project teams to support the university’s strategic planning and engagement objectives.

Lead and support a small accounting team to manage financial planning, accounting, budgeting, capital project monitoring, reporting, and finance transformation projects. Serve as a business partner for faculties/offices, enforce budgetary controls, assist senior management with committee materials, and drive process improvement and automation for month-end, annual close, and fixed asset management.

Provide administrative support for admissions: run outreach and recruitment events, manage communications with applicants and schools, coordinate digital marketing and agencies, prepare reports and statistics, and travel to Mainland and overseas as required.
