Senior field application engineer responsible for pre-sales solutioning and technical consulting for access control and video surveillance systems, leading PoCs and demos, supporting post-sales commissioning and escalations, performing diagnostics and integrations across hardware and software, and enabling sales through training and technical guidance.

Supports Honeywell’s Government Relations team by coordinating policy and advocacy projects, maintaining stakeholder maps and trackers, preparing briefing and engagement materials, assisting with legislative and regulatory issue tracking, coordinating events and executive meetings, drafting internal communications, and improving SharePoint-based processes and onboarding resources. The role collaborates across Government Relations, communications, legal, HR, business units, consultants, and external affairs partners.

Leads complex global product development and technology programs from concept through commercialization. Drives NPI, portfolio expansion, sustainment, and transformation initiatives across engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and commercial teams. Develops program strategies, manages risks and milestones, facilitates executive reviews, and aligns technical roadmaps with business and customer objectives. The role requires systems thinking, design thinking, Agile and SAFe expertise, and strong cross-functional influence.
