Coordinate the movement of goods and materials, evaluate transportation options, negotiate carrier contracts, optimize shipping processes, monitor distribution KPIs, manage logistics partners, and recommend cost-saving and process improvements.

Leads quality control activities across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Develops procedures, conducts inspections and testing, analyzes quality metrics, identifies trends and risks, investigates quality issues, implements corrective actions, and prepares reports for senior management. Mentors quality control staff and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Manage service contracts and sustenance programs for HCI products using Waterfall or Agile. Coordinate global stakeholders, ensure SLA delivery, track cost/schedule/risks, provide IT/OT technical support, drive uptime and customer satisfaction, perform reporting, and support presales and project handover.
