Leads customer experience strategy and transformation for Honeywell’s Americas Hospitality Building Automation business. Oversees customer satisfaction, operational excellence, executive engagement, feedback mechanisms, cross-functional alignment, and customer-focused improvement initiatives. Manages and develops the Customer Experience organization, drives performance metrics and accountability, supports annual operating planning, and advances digital enablement, automation, self-service, and process standardization.

Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams, ensure material availability, monitor production progress, resolve capacity and supply issues, and improve supply chain planning and execution processes.
