Manage regional benefits administration across retirement, health, and risk programs. Lead benefits delivery teams, supplier and carrier performance, compliance, audits, reporting, escalations, and stakeholder relationships. Oversee renewals, system changes, acquisitions, divestitures, program transitions, communications, testing, and implementation. Drive operational improvements, technology enhancements, employee experience initiatives, analytics, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement, trustees, and vendors.

Designs intuitive user experiences for desktop and mobile products by conducting user research, creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories. Collaborates with design, engineering, business stakeholders, and customers to define requirements, evaluate solutions, prioritize backlogs, and communicate design progress. Requires UX design experience, strong usability and accessibility knowledge, proficiency with design tools, and demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains scalable software applications while leading technical design and delivery. The role guides engineers, reviews code, mentors junior and mid-level team members, contributes to architecture decisions, and drives engineering standards. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature ownership, cross-functional collaboration, debugging, performance and reliability improvements, cloud modernization, automation, and adoption of Agile and CI/CD practices.
