Lead customers in observability strategy, telemetry schema design, sampling, instrumentation, and SRE practices. Build and ship production instrumentation, SLOs, and dashboards; mentor engineering teams; troubleshoot technical and sociotechnical issues; create enablement content; and represent customer insights internally. The role combines long-term technical advisory work with hands-on delivery across cloud platforms, infrastructure, CI/CD, and distributed systems.

Own complex 6–12+ month enterprise SaaS sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations. Build multi-threaded relationships with technical, executive, and procurement stakeholders; conduct consultative discovery; collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success; grow pipeline, forecast accurately, exceed quota, and represent Honeycomb at industry events and executive briefings.
