Support underwriting team with administrative and operational tasks including processing endorsements, inspections, renewals, new business submissions, and broker communications. Monitor requests, coordinate third-party reports, ensure compliance with underwriting rules, and contribute to process improvements to maintain service standards and efficient workflows.

Lead and operate the end-to-end HR function across the U.S. and Israel. Set HR strategy, embed AI across workflows, lead recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, training, HRIS management, and compliance with U.S. and Israeli employment laws. Serve as strategic advisor on org design, workforce and succession planning, and build a high-performing, data-driven HR team and culture.
