The Associate Regional Sales Manager will qualify and onboard new insurance agencies, drive production, resolve partner issues, and explore sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Leads cross-functional business operations initiatives from analysis and business case development through execution, reporting, enablement, and impact tracking. Identifies process improvements, implements AI-based operational solutions, documents workflows, analyzes KPIs, and partners with BI and RevOps teams on Tableau dashboards. Collaborates with leadership and multiple business functions to drive strategic alignment, process adoption, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
