Leads cross-functional business initiatives, process improvements, AI and automation adoption, KPI analysis, dashboard development, change management, and operational reporting. Partners with senior leadership and teams across underwriting, marketing, sales, RevOps, support, product, and R&D to improve efficiency and scalability. Also supports vendor agreements and operational projects such as office moves.

Own full-stack feature development from ideation through production, including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment. Make independent technical tradeoffs, collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams, navigate ambiguity, and connect technical outcomes to business impact. The role requires Node.js and front-end framework experience, SaaS product development experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong ownership.

Manage the full lifecycle of submitted insurance quotes, qualifying deals, building producer relationships, coordinating with sales, underwriting, and support teams, and improving close rates. Responsibilities include identifying deal drivers, escalating strategic opportunities, supporting expedited underwriting, documenting lost deals, gathering product feedback, and generating additional sales opportunities.
