Own the end-to-end People Operations experience, including HR systems, benefits, payroll compliance, leave, unemployment, immigration, perks, and employee lifecycle programs. Improve processes, audit data, document SOPs, and build AI-enabled automations and insights. Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Legal while ensuring multi-state employment compliance and supporting compensation, engagement, feedback, and recognition initiatives.

Provides Tier 3 customer support by troubleshooting complex issues, handling escalations, coaching Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, and supporting members through chat, email, and phone. Acts as a product expert, owns support functions, manages projects and programs, and partners with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve member experience and support operations.

Own HoneyBook’s paid social growth strategy across major and emerging platforms. Manage large budgets, full-funnel campaigns, audience segmentation, creative and bidding tests, conversion optimization, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting. Partner with Creative, Lifecycle, Brand, Product, Data, and Finance teams to drive pipeline and revenue. Present insights to leadership, monitor platform developments, and mentor junior team members.

Lead end-to-end motion design for advertisements, tutorials, product videos, and brand content. Develop AI-native workflows using emerging creative tools, direct freelance motion artists, collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering, and establish scalable studio processes. The role requires hands-on expertise in motion graphics, creative direction, scripting, storyboarding, animation, live-action, and 3D, with strong creative judgment and strategic storytelling.

Own the full sales cycle for high-value small-business customers, including inbound and outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, lead qualification, objection handling, deal closing, and onboarding routing. Build and refine scalable outbound and sales processes, use AI tools to improve productivity, identify customer trends, and provide structured feedback to product teams.

Own the SMB sales revenue target, pipeline coverage, forecasting, CRM discipline, and close rates. Build an AI-first sales motion, establish deal stages and reporting, hire and ramp at least two account executives, and coach the team on urgency, pipeline hygiene, qualification, and deal execution. Partner with Finance on forecasting and use data to improve win rates and conversion across the sales funnel.

Lead end-to-end marketing design from brief to launched assets across web, paid, email, social, and sales enablement. Translate strategy into creative, prototype rapidly with AI and design tools, partner with growth to drive measurable outcomes, and contribute to brand systems and design culture.
