Own prospect and early-member lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, including segmentation, automation, experimentation, measurement, and conversion optimization. Build ambassador and customer-story programs, create personalized communications, and support content, local marketing, and PR initiatives. This hands-on role requires launching programs from 0 to 1, analyzing funnel performance, using AI and automation, and continuously improving growth initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own the bottom of the sales funnel by qualifying and confirming booked homeowner walk-thrus, nurturing and re-engaging leads, handling objections, recommending packages, and closing new memberships. Maintain accurate HubSpot records, partner with SDRs and specialists, identify conversion improvements, use AI and automation tools, and support inbound leads during volume spikes.

The Sales Representative will conduct in-home sales presentations, converting leads into membership sign-ups through effective communication and relationship building.
