Process invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, supplier accounts, credit cards, bank transactions, and payment runs. Reconcile accounts, allocate costs, maintain accurate financial records, ensure GST/VAT compliance, respond to finance queries, support administration, and improve processes. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, adaptability, and effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a hybrid Sydney-based environment.

Provides luxury lingerie retail sales and exceptional customer experiences in a boutique environment. Engages customers, recommends products, supports commercial and operational goals, collaborates with colleagues, and represents the Honey Birdette brand. The role requires autonomous and team-based work, a signature professional appearance, flexible shift availability, and willingness to work in a retail setting.

Expression of interest for designers at all levels to design lingerie and adjacent collections. Responsibilities include sketches, mood boards, tech packs, BOMs, fit feedback, factory collaboration, campaign styling support, and occasional travel for sourcing. Strong Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills and fashion/lingerie experience required; print/embroidery is a bonus.
