Expression of interest for designers at all levels to design lingerie and adjacent collections. Responsibilities include sketches, mood boards, tech packs, BOMs, fit feedback, factory collaboration, campaign styling support, and occasional travel for sourcing. Strong Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills and fashion/lingerie experience required; print/embroidery is a bonus.

Provide exceptional, luxury retail customer service; engage and advise customers to drive sales; collaborate with team to meet commercial and operational targets; work retail shifts and represent the brand with its signature look; participate in training and career development opportunities.

Provide exceptional luxury retail customer service, drive boutique sales, maintain product knowledge, assist customers with fittings and purchases, support boutique operations, work autonomously and as part of a team across rostered retail shifts, and promote the Honey Birdette brand and in-store incentives.
