Partner with commercial teams to manage OU P&Ls, execute annual plans and forecasts, analyze results, identify risks/opportunities, and optimize revenue, margin, and marketing spend. Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. Support demand and integrated business planning, build forecasting/reporting capabilities, and develop financial literacy across the business.

Serve as FP&A business partner for operating units: lead annual operating plan and forecasts, analyze results and drivers, ensure financial governance and reporting accuracy, support commercial decisions (pricing, investments), and drive demand planning and financial capability building across teams.

The Finance Manager will lead enterprise planning, build forecasting processes, analyze financial results, support executive reporting, and ensure financial governance.
