Senior individual contributor who builds statistical models and experiments to optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Partners with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define data requirements, analyze A/B tests, perform cohort and funnel analyses, communicate findings to stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while contributing to analytics best practices.

Lead design and implementation of a medallion lakehouse on Microsoft Fabric, build ingestion pipelines, data models and BI dashboards, create AI/LLM tools for business users, enforce data governance, mentor data teams, and partner with stakeholders to enable self-serve analytics across marketing, product, finance, and clinical functions.

Work with the data team to design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models using Microsoft Fabric, dbt, PySpark, and SQL. Integrate and validate data across layers, optimize performance in Azure, follow GitHub CI/CD workflows, and document data governance while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
