Process bank contracts and deals, verify and post sales and transaction documents per dealership checklists, reconcile accounts to trial balance, compile financial reports (cash receipts, A/P, A/R, P&L), and calculate/post employee commissions.

Perform exterior and interior automotive detailing and reconditioning to restore vehicles to showroom condition. Tasks include washing, polishing, vacuuming, stain removal, minor paint correction, and quality inspections. Maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow dealer processes, assist team members, and communicate with service staff and customers as needed.
