Manages recovery processes for delinquent, charged-off, bankrupt, and total-loss accounts. Designs, develops, launches, and improves multimodal learning solutions for dealer readiness, new model launches, customer education, and sales and service programs. Creates eLearning, instructor-led materials, job aids, mobile content, videos, and virtual training. Manages training projects, stakeholders, vendors, schedules, and content approvals while providing video production, editing, live-streaming, and AI-enabled content support.
