Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods, explain no-cost Mass Save home energy assessments, schedule customer appointments, travel to canvassing locations, and attend team meetings. The role requires strong people skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, comfort speaking with strangers, and bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese communication skills.

Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments, model homes using energy-efficiency software, diagnose energy usage issues, and recommend improvements such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC systems. Sell service contracts, educate homeowners, manage paperwork, install selected energy-saving products, generate referrals, and collaborate on cross-selling. The field-based role requires independent work, customer travel, ladder and confined-space access, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments, model homes using energy efficiency software, diagnose energy usage, recommend efficiency measures, secure service contracts, install energy-saving products, complete documentation, and educate homeowners. The role is primarily field-based, requires travel in a personal vehicle, and involves working in confined spaces, attics, basements, and rooftops.
