Teams at Homewood-Flossmoor Park District

Coordinates youth and adult athletic programs, leagues, tournaments, clinics, and events. Supervises games and facilities, communicates with participants and staff, manages schedules, rosters, equipment, and inventory, and supports recruiting and training coaches and part-time staff. Ensures safety, policy compliance, and positive customer experiences while assisting with sports complex operations, program promotion, and facility setup. Requires flexible evening and weekend availability and work across community athletic facilities.
