Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers. Discuss Hometree’s home cover, boiler replacement, heat pump, solar, and related products; follow up on incomplete purchases, manage multiple lead sources, transition customers to greener energy options, and close sales compliantly while delivering excellent customer service.

Provides administrative and customer support for renewable energy installation operations. Responsibilities include coordinating project managers and installation teams, handling high-volume customer communication, preparing installation documentation, tracking projects in CRM systems, managing schedules, compiling reports, coordinating training and vehicle servicing, and maintaining organized digital job files.

Own the group-wide accounts payable process across multiple entities. Responsibilities include processing approximately 1,000 supplier invoices monthly, running payment cycles, reconciling supplier statements, managing aged creditors, supporting CIS payments and returns, resolving queries, assisting with month-end close and audits, and improving AP processes through automation and AI. The role also offers funded professional finance study and development opportunities.
