Partner two cover businesses (~100–200 people) to manage employee relations caseloads, coach managers, deliver people plans using data, support performance, retention, integration and culture initiatives across hybrid customer operations teams.

Handle inbound sales enquiries and plan renewals for home service plans, meet sales and renewal targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, use CRM and sales tools, collaborate with the team, and stay updated on products and processes.

Support day-to-day finance operations including bank reconciliations, month-end journals, AP/AR processing, VAT support, fixed asset register maintenance, debt collection, and customer billing queries while collaborating across teams.
