The role involves building relationships with local businesses, promoting employer healthcare solutions, generating leads, and managing a sales pipeline through field visits and community engagement.

Serve as the first contact for employer and individual inquiries, convert inbound and warm-transfer leads into accounts, set up billing and welcome materials, log activity in CRM, meet monthly enrollment targets, and perform proactive upsells and renewals while partnering with billing to resolve account issues.

Perform routine diagnostic X-rays in outpatient urgent care, assist with basic patient intake, maintain exam rooms and X-ray equipment, document procedures, support patient experience, and occasionally train new staff.
