Serve as the first contact for employer and individual inquiries, convert inbound and warm-transfer leads into accounts, set up billing and welcome materials, log activity in CRM, meet monthly enrollment targets, and perform proactive upsells and renewals while partnering with billing to resolve account issues.

Perform routine diagnostic X-rays in an outpatient urgent care setting (no fluoroscopy). Travel locally between clinics to provide mobile X-ray services, assist with patient intake and vitals, maintain exam rooms and equipment, document procedures, support patient communication, and occasionally train new staff.
