Own and improve Hometown’s Salesforce instance end to end. Configure automations, permissions, data models, reporting, integrations, and multi-product go-to-market workflows. Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, build and deploy solutions, maintain data quality and governance, manage vendors and AppExchange tools, support Snowflake and Gong integrations, and train users. The role requires independent ownership of a mature Salesforce org and hands-on troubleshooting of declarative configuration, Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
