Assists senior residents in restorative programs by leading exercises and wellness activities, supporting care-plan goals, monitoring participation, documenting progress, communicating with therapy departments, educating families, and billing for completed programming. The role works across facilities in Livonia and Northville and follows direction from physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals.

Market a senior living community through internal and external outreach, referral development, relationship building, lead generation, tours, and CRM management. Build partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and community organizations to increase census and sales. Communicate sales activity to leadership, promote the community’s differentiators, coordinate appointments and assessments, and develop business development strategies. The role requires extensive local travel and flexible hours for networking, outreach, and onsite meetings.

Leads overall operations of a senior living facility, including resident care, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial management, budgeting, sales and marketing, quality assurance, maintenance, and community relations. Oversees hiring, training, performance management, resident services, documentation, and adherence to state and OSHA requirements while ensuring strong resident and family satisfaction.
