Processes real estate settlements from pre-closing through post-closing, including clearing title, identifying underwriting concerns, preparing closing disclosures and statements, ordering certifications, recording documents, issuing title policies, and disbursing funds. Coordinates with lenders, clients, and business partners while managing multiple transactions, deposits, deadlines, and settlement documentation. Requires title or escrow experience, industry software knowledge, licensing or notary certification, and occasional local travel.

Facilitates real estate and mortgage closings by reviewing contracts, preparing settlement statements, coordinating documentation, resolving title issues, monitoring signings, auditing escrow files, and submitting final loan, recording, and policy packages. The role also handles customer inquiries, supervises assistants, mentors employees, supports compliance, and develops business through marketing and industry relationships.

Oversee escrow closings from contract review through disbursement, ensuring files are complete, compliant, accurate, and timely. Lead, train, assign work to, and monitor escrow staff while resolving operational issues and supporting customer service. Develop client relationships and new business through industry events and partner interactions. Provide branch manager backup, approve office invoices, and coordinate with lenders, banks, and internal departments.
