Supports real estate sales associates and management by reviewing and processing offers, leases, purchase contracts, and transaction paperwork. Maintains active transaction files, completes data entry, prepares correspondence, coordinates marketing and appointments, communicates with customers and vendors, manages earnest money documentation, and prepares files for storage. Also trains new staff on software and office equipment and provides general administrative backup.

Facilitates real estate and mortgage closings by preparing, reviewing, and submitting loan, recording, settlement, and title documentation. Conducts closings, explains documents and costs to buyers and sellers, examines title evidence, resolves title defects, and ensures transaction compliance. Responds to rejected packages and lender requests while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate records.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and automation across AWS and Azure. The role improves system reliability, security, compliance, and operational efficiency through DevOps practices, incident response, and root cause analysis. It collaborates with development teams, mentors junior engineers, and establishes DevOps standards and documentation.
