Teams at Homes for the Homeless

Provide safe, nurturing early childhood care for infants and toddlers (newborn to 2 years) by following structured routines, performing health screenings, meeting basic needs, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining a trauma-sensitive environment.

Provide clinical oversight and supervision to LMSWs, coach and develop staff, consult on mental health service delivery for families experiencing homelessness, ensure compliance with New York law, and implement trauma-informed treatment approaches while supporting program development for Client Care Coordinators.

The Case Manager will assist families in accessing resources, develop service plans, and maintain case documentation while adhering to guidelines.
