The Case Manager will assist families in accessing resources, develop service plans, and maintain case documentation while adhering to guidelines.

Lead and supervise afterschool staff, ensure program quality and DYCD/DOMH compliance, manage attendance and paperwork, drive outreach and recruitment, engage families, and support daily operations alongside the Director.

Support fundraising, donor engagement, and grant activities including prospect research, grant writing assistance, event and campaign coordination, donor communications, and database management. Produce presentations and community talks, manage gifts/pledges, and work evenings as needed to support events and meetings.
